Currently, I serve as Corporate Secretary and Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance at PT ITSEC Asia Tbk, where I also act as the Management Representative for IMS ISO, Data Protection Officer, and sit on the Whistleblowing Team for ITSEC. My career has been defined by a commitment to good governance, transparency, and strategic execution. I’ve been in multiple corporate actions—from IPOs and stock buybacks to annual and sustainability reporting and digital transformation of secretarial functions. I work closely with regulators such as OJK and IDX, ensuring full compliance while enabling business agility. With a background in Law and Business Administration (Finance), I bring both legal depth and commercial fluency to the table. I’m an active member of the Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA) and continuously sharpen my expertise through certifications and trainings in GCG, ESG, data protection, and capital market compliance. I thrive in fast-paced environments where precision, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration are key.
