About Vikram Athalye
I'm a Quantum Physicist and Associate Professor in Physics. For more than 20 years I have been teaching Physics and pursuing research in the areas of foundations of Quantum Physics and Relativity and in the application of Quantum Physics in Quantum Computing & Information Processing, and more recently, in the Social Sciences (Economics and Finance). I have also been exploring the historical, philosophical and mathematical aspects of the developments in Physics. I am a believer of the ‘Primacy’ of Physics and passionate about its deep, holistic ‘Ubiquitousness’. To me ‘Physics’ represents both — the scientific-philosophical knowledge of the nature of processes (involving ‘all things’, ‘universe’) AND, the process of natural development itself (involving ‘growing’ and ‘becoming’). I am inspired by the approaches and contributions of Richard Feynman and David Bohm.
