With 14+ years leading global teams and programs, I’ve driven change in cloud adoption, data-driven operations, security & compliance, and platform modernization—especially in asset‐intensive, engineering, and EPC settings. In my current role as Global Digital Technology Leader at Toyo Engineering, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives from roadmap to delivery: migrating legacy systems to Azure, rolling out SharePoint Online for massive global data migration, automating business processes, and implementing robust governance & security frameworks. I build and mentor high-performing, diverse teams and ensure every project connects back to business value. My professional core is about turning complexity into clarity and impact. I believe in: Vision with execution: aligning stakeholders across functions (from MDs & CIOs to engineering teams) to deliver not just tech change, but business transformation. Data & cloud as trust anchors: using data analytics, process automation and strong cloud architectures (Azure, DevOps, Logic Apps etc.) to enable measurable outcomes. Right now, I’m focused on pushing the boundaries in global digital operations, improving efficiencies through automation and cloud architecture, and embedding security & compliance in everything.
