He has delivered various sessions at various seminars of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is Certified Independent Director registered with IICA and on the board of listed and unlisted companies. He is specialise in Corporate Laws, Capital market Laws, RBI Complainces, Stock exchange Compliances, Intellectual Property Laws, Labour Laws Compliances and Legal documentations, Drafting of various Policies, Agreements and Contracts. He is truly passionate about his work and always eager to connect with other Professionals.
