I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, holding an LL.B, MBA, and Social Auditor ISAI-SA certification. Currently, I am a Whole-time Practising Company Secretary (PCS), specializing in Corporate Laws, Capital Market Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Labour Law Compliance, and Legal documentation, including the drafting of various policies, agreements, and contracts, as well as pre- and post-IPO due diligence. Additionally, I serve as an independent director in various listed Companies. My passion for my work drives me to continuously seek connections with other professionals. While I enjoy all facets of my role, I particularly thrive on engaging with stakeholders to understand their business objectives. Key Personal Competencies: • Winning attitude • Strong commercial acumen • Technology-oriented • Commitment to continuous improvement • Problem-solving expertise • Leading by example Current Role and Responsibilities: As a Whole-time Practising Company Secretary, my key responsibilities include: • Serving as a Corporate/Legal Consultant, working directly and closely with clients • Handling complex capital market issues • Drafting and vetting various legal documents, such as contracts, MOUs, and NDAs • Managing cases before the NCLT and other judicial authorities • Ensuring annual compliance, incorporating companies and LLPs, handling share splitting and transfers, ESOP processes, rights issues, and FTE procedures as per the Companies Act, 2013, and Capital Market Laws • Preparing documents for debt syndication, corporate debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and working capital finance/funding • Crafting business proposals to meet client companies' loan requirements • Overseeing compliance with corporate laws and other applicable regulations • Managing trademark and other intellectual property compliances • Liaising with government authorities, departments, and ministries • Handling taxation and accounting matters I am a result-driven professional, adept at achieving high standards and analyzing complex technical issues with tact and intelligence.
