I cleared CA in Nov 2023 and i have a well exposure in the following field. Taxation - Handled end to end work regarding assessment proceeding including handling of clients, authorized representation and faceless assessment, refunds- Prepared and filed 200+ Income tax returns for diverse client base- Presented reports on new tax amendments and compliance's and resolved problems regarding the same- Prepared TDS return- Handled various work under GST such as DRC-01, show cause notice, GSTR-9 & 9C and GST audit conducted by the department. Auditing - Executed statutory, tax audits and audit of trust including site visit, analysis of financial statements & report filing of corporate and non-corporate clients in 7+ sectors such as Medicine, Chemical, Textiles, Insurance, Valuers, and Construction & E-Commerce - Being a senior member of audit team where my duty is towards collecting and analyzing information relating to audit work and assign the audit work to my team member and guide them to efficiently conduct audit- Led a team of 6 members for statutory audit of a corporate client and handled overall audit work including compliance's. Accounting - Prepared standalone as well as consolidated financial statements as per Schedule of Companies Act, 2013- Prepared financial statements of partnership firms & sole proprietorship- Experience of preparing Provisional and Projected Financials Statements for the purpose of bank loan and govt. projects
