Having 16+ years experience in Automobile, Electricals & Electronic industry, Bio Fertilizer & Bio Pesticides, in Operations Management, Engineering, Quality and Training functions. Currently handling the Operations as Plant Head in MD Bio Coals Pvt. Ltd & Responsible for complete cycle from RM purchase to Dispatches, B2B & B2C distribution,(FMCG Level) Preparing Budgets, Forecasting, Production, Quality assurance, Materials Management, sales & distribution, HR department, Maintenance with total Manpower (Operations+ Marketing) turnover of 150 Cr./Annum. Last assignment was working as - Head – Operational Excellence at Omax Autos Ltd, Gurgaon, where was responsible for building operations excellence culture for leading the excellent business results in all 12 plants ( 2W, 4W, Railways, Home-furnishing) through developing concepts, defining approaches, leading deployment, developing people, and enhancing involvement for deepening the effectiveness by handholding and review MIS, Operationally & Financials (P&L accounts) at different location’s plants across the India having 600+ Staff & approx. workers on the behalf & under CMD & JMD of the Company. Implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques, TPM, TQM, TFM, TSM, Value Stream Mapping, Process Study, Manpower Optimization, and KRA/KPI’s Defining, Quality Control and improvement, Productivity improvement, Material Management,Inventory Control, Departmental Procedures defining & implementation of the same. As per OpEx corporate strategy & guidelines drive to Lean, Kaizen, six sigma implementation across plants. Identifying & Mapping Value Stream for Plant and Process Levels for Lead time reduction, Cost reduction Productivity improvements - Line balancing & Standardization, Elimination of Bottlenecks and Non value added activities Demand, Flow & Leveling improvements - Calculating TAKT time, Single piece flow, Lead-time reduction, Pull system, SMED, Cell concepts. Providing the SDP trainings (supervisor development Program) to all groups of companies for personal development. Training given to 350 supervisors in different batches. Total training given 600+ man-days till. Designing in-house training manuals for training programs about TQM 5S-3M), TPM, DWM, Kaizen, SMED, Poka Yoke & other key elements of business excellence. Responsibilities for defining standards and guidelines for excellent business results in terms of PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, & Morale). Monthly MIS review of Operations as well as financials on the basis of designed format with plant management.
