I am a strategist and growth consultant with over a decade of experience in leading complex transactions and fostering innovation across industries. As a Partner at Moore Romania and Republic of Moldova, part of Moore Global, I specialize in growth consulting, complex transactions, and strategic transformations, helping organizations navigate high-level deals and position for long-term success. With experience in five economies: UAE, Oman, Moldova, Romania, and India, I bring a global perspective, tailoring strategies to fit each market's unique challenges and opportunities. I co-founded Noe-Fi Studios, an immersive entertainment startup leveraging XR technology to push the boundaries of storytelling, creating multi-sensory, emotionally engaging experiences. I also co-founded Nebula Experiences, a multi-layered infrastructure that fosters creativity, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovation. Nebula provides creators, technologists, and learners a platform to collaborate through a museum, educational residencies, and a research and development center.
