I'm a Digital CXX Leader, responsible for strategic transformation of Mahindra's automotive businesses. I have built tech products for 20 years, studied/lived/worked in the US, UK, Japan & India, headed large digital teams, and led transformations of USD BB+ leverage. In my prior roles, I'm credited with (a) Solving Nissan's Top-10 Customer dissatisfactions through AI-driven products and Improving decision-speed of the GHQ/CXOs.(b) Converging Ford's Global Order to Delivery & Supply Chain Products.(c) Founding & Steering Strategic Initiatives for HP's Insurance, Auto, Govt Clients.
