A multifaceted leader with international experience in security, passionate about aligning tangible security outcomes through risk-based strategies and frameworks, enabling the business to mitigate risks, grow and sustain in the VUCA world. As an influential and versatile security leader, my ability to clearly communicate cyber and corporate strategy across all levels of the organization, have resulted in strong and comprehensive programs with high adoption of security behaviors. A strong believer in ‘being a student for life’, I keenly follow the constantly changing threat environment and prefer to experiment, innovate and digitize security to make it more effective. I have reported and worked closely with CXOs to enhance business delivery with a cost efficient and customer centric approach. With an eye for details, endeavor is to be solution oriented, build patterns and thrive in ambiguous situations. I feel lucky to have rich and unique hands-on work experience in the Government (Law Enforcement-Central Bureau of Investigation, India) and private sectors (Banking and Telecom), in diverse domains such as: • Financial crimes • Security-Cyber security, Fraud management, Investigations (including forensics), Business Continuity & Crisis management, Data Loss prevention (DLP), Physical & Infrastructure security and Travel security, Security Awareness & Culture Building • Enterprise Risk management • Regulatory & Policy Compliance and Assurance • Criminal Litigations I bring a unique perspective to the business going beyond the confines of security, due to the law enforcement experience and network like impact of geopolitics on business and external affairs. Currently, I work for a progressive GCC which provides telecom services to partners and customers across Asia, Europe and Africa; manage a sizeable budget and head a talented corporate security team across 6 countries. Responsibilities include Strategy and Execution to keep the company Safe, Secure and Compliant.
