Currently Employed with Brookfield Properties, as Senior General manager (Cluster Head), operations & asset management for Gurugram & Kolkata) Prior joining Brookfield Properties, was employed with K Raheja Corps as (AGM) Cluster Head - Technical Facilities Management & Transition for Pune & Sub Region. Prior to K Raheja Corps was employed with Radius Developers, as Senior Manager Transition & Operations for commercial & residential sites. Prior to joining Radius Developers had worked with IPCs such as CBRE & JLL at functional role of Property Manager, Transition manager, Fitouts Manager, Project coordinator & Facilities manager. Having managed accounts like BNP Paribas, G Corp & OneBKC with area ranging from 01 to 22 lacs sqft. Salient features of current role & responsibilities are - Project coordination of commercial & residential properties, Transitioning from projects to Ops state. Fitout coordination, readiness of vacant spaces for fitouts & handing over of completed spaces to the occupants. Coordination with various IPC’s transaction team & brokers for RFI & due diligence. Building's HSE, MEP, soft services, security & procurement audits. Compliance & statuary documentation. Coordination for LEED certification of the building.
