As the Head of Engineering & Design India at Panattoni India I lead a team of architects engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality industrial and logistics parks across the country. I have over 11 years of experience in this field with a strong background in master planning architectural design engineering and procurement. I am a registered architect under the Council of Architecture India. My mission is to create sustainable efficient and innovative solutions for the industrial and logistics sector which is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic segments of the real estate market in India. I have been instrumental in developing over 400 acres of land and 6 million sq. ft. of industrial and logistics parks as well as 35 acres of land and 4 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial development across Chennai Bangalore Pune Delhi/NCR and Hyderabad. I have also played a crucial role in facilitating the exit of Warburg Pincus and Embassy Group to Blackstone one of the largest deals in the Indian industrial and logistics space. I am passionate about delivering value to our clients partners and stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and ethics.
