I am a progressive and results-driven HR leader with over 22 years of experience as an HR generalist. I currently head the HR function in India for Deluxe, the world's leading multidisciplinary service provider for the media and entertainment industry. I have a postgraduate executive program in senior leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA in HR from Bangalore University, and multiple certifications in communication and resilience skills. My core competencies include setting up and scaling up HR practices from scratch, augmenting people strategy, building employee value, culture, and vision, managing the challenges of a start-up and achieving high employee satisfaction, and driving business outcomes by building effective organizations, processes, teams, and people. I have demonstrated these competencies in my previous roles as Head - HR, India at Yoti Ltd, a UK based tech company that provides a secure and simple way of proving identity, and as Director & Head - HR & Corporate Services at ReSource Pro, where I was responsible for hiring and leading a team of 500+ people and achieving a 90% employee satisfaction score in the first year. My goal as an HR professional is to enable and empower the people to succeed in the new era of global entertainment and consumer engagement.
