This not only helped in identifying critical assets and risk management but also helped in consuming threat intelligence. • Led the Global Patching compliance improvement program to reduce Security Vulnerabilities in Windows OS and improve the Bit Sight Security Score. • Built Unified Command Center with Managed Service Partner team for Monitoring of IT Infrastructure and SAP Application. This includes integration of all infrastructure monitoring tools with ServiceNow and unified dashboard for all types of alert. • Involved in SAP Unix Infrastructure Built and planned/executed SAP Go-Live Infrastructure Monitoring & support and built NOC/Managed Service Partner team to provide post hyper care support.
