With over 12 years of experience in the finance field, I am a process specialist at Cargill, a global leader in food and agriculture. My mission is to streamline and optimize the order to cash processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, contract management, and dispute resolution. I have a strong background in SAP Sales & Distribution and Supply Chain Management, which enables me to handle complex transactions and contracts across multiple markets and regions. I also have proficiency in various software applications, such as Bizom, JDE, Outlook, Oracle R12, ICMS, Sales force, and MS Office, which enhance my efficiency and productivity. In addition, I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance/Marketing) from VJIM, and a degree in Commerce from St. John's College, Agra, which have equipped me with valuable insights and skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and marketing. As a process specialist at Cargill, I have been instrumental in implementing essential processes such as E-way bill, E-invoicing, and E-signature, in collaboration with the IT team, to comply with the latest regulations and standards. I have also provided training to team members on invoicing processes and SOPs, empowering them to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, I have successfully completed month-end activities with a focus on maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and quality.
