Vikram Sharma is a visionary leader who motivates peers, clients and team, guiding them with business astuteness and insight. He has strong expertise in IPs for transfer pricing issues, derivatives segment especially in valuation of complex Futures and Options products. Over more than 20 years of his career, he has performed numerous assignments in valuation domain for broking houses, Mergers & Acquisitions, ESOPs, Startups, Research departments and various other business transactions for diversified businesses. Vikram Sharma has done his masters in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), BIT ( Bachelor of Information Technology ), an Associate member of GARP, HND (Computing) from EdExcel UK and also a Registered Valuer. He is in valuation panel for National Research Development Corporation, Government of India ( NRDC with IOCL ) for independent valuation assessment. Vikram develops and teaches business valuation courses for the Valuation Aspirants, and frequently speaks on business valuation at national legal, professional, and trade association meetings. During his long career, he has been a serial entrepreneur and established various ventures in Education, Financial Consulting, Valuation Advisory, Education Technology, Marketing Research, Information Technology and Financial Research. Previously he has worked for Equity Research departments for Stock Broking companies and planning and expansion division of various groups. He is founder member and director of Pure Value Advisory. He is also serving as CFO and independent consultant to various other companies.
