With over 15+ years of expertise in the IT/Digital field, I possess a specialized focus on Ecommerce along with a comprehensive skill set in both business and technical aspects. My domain knowledge extends to E-Commerce Portals encompassing various functionalities such as Selling, Buying, Business to Business (B2B), Business to Customer (B2C), and Buy back Trade in (BBTI). Throughout my career, I have successfully led and executed numerous large-scale IT programs, demonstrating my proficiency in overseeing all facets of the software project lifecycle. I am well-versed in employing different project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience working on diverse integration with ERP using middle layer (SAG) and various integration points such as Payment gateways, Order management systems, and Product/Content management systems, among others. My expertise also extends to requirements gathering, requirement analysis and design, project planning, as well as efforts and resource estimations. As a Product Owner, I have taken ownership of B2B and B2C portals, ensuring their successful development and implementation.
