With a robust background in project management and chemical engineering, my role at Kumar Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. focuses on streamlining project management to enhance efficiency. Our team has successfully executed Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across disciplines for timely completion. Specializing in FMCG and wastewater treatment facilities, we've made significant strides in plant erection, installation, and commissioning, alongside rigorous site activity monitoring. Previously, as a Team Leader at Areej Vegetable Oils & Derivatives SAOC, I played a pivotal role in operations management, from processing to packaging. Contributing to the application of lean and Six Sigma methodologies, we achieved substantial process and packaging optimization. The skills honed across multiple geographies, including Europe, Africa, Russia, the U.S, UAE, Oman, and India, have solidified my expertise in overseeing diverse and complex projects with a global impact.
