About Vikrant Gadgil

For over 32 years, I have been leading the electrical and instrumentation design and implementation for Metito's water and wastewater treatment plants across various regions and markets. As the Electrical and ICA Manager, I leverage my technical background and expertise in MV and LV electrical systems, plant instrumentation, hazardous areas, and local and international standards and regulations to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions for our clients.I have created standardized and user-friendly documents and calculations that optimize the electrical system design and reduce the design man hours. I have also achieved significant cost savings and customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely completion of projects and meeting the QHSE objectives. I have successfully worked with and managed diverse teams and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and communication. My mission is to contribute to Metito's vision of providing smart and sustainable water solutions for a better tomorrow.
