19+ years of experience executing large finance and supply chain transformation programs for clients across Manufacturing, Public Sector and Telecom sector using SAP suite of Products. I conceptualized the idea of using RPA to automate SAP Finance module configuration. This solution was well received by clients and is now productized and offered as a service generating 2-3M$ revenues every year. I designed an OTJ (on the job) training program for the Finance practice using Byte size learning methods to provide learning at the time when it is needed. I spearheaded innovation workshops with the clients with specific focus on AI, IoT, ML solutions as part of an operations transformation initiative. I have extensive experience working in a global delivery / delivery Center model (onshore / offshore).
