Acquiring in preparation of trial balance for the Balance Sheet Finalization. • Effectively conducting the TDS Working and payments on monthly basis as per the guidelines provided by CBDT. • Preparation of E-TDS returns on quarterly basis as well as Issuance of Form 16, Form 16A as per deadlines of CBDT. • Initiating and distributing of Airline CSR on fortnight basis to the Agents/customers. • Managing the collection of CSR payments as per schedules given by IATA. • Generating Provisions of GST Payables and Receivables in books of accounts on monthly basis. • Assessing GSTR-2 credit reconciliation with books of accounts on monthly basis. • Responsible for monthly maintenance of Principle Airline Accounts such as Purchase Invoicing, Payment, Recording Foreign Exchange Variation, Reconciliation etc. • Conducting the TDS 26AS reconciliation with books of account on quarterly basis. • Supporting in company’s internal and external audit • Actively involved in processing other statutory payments like PF, PT, ESIC, etc. • Accountable for Bank, debtors and creditors reconciliation regularly. • Deftly handing MIS, Foreign Remittances, Bank related Correspondences as and when required by the management. • Effective coordination with branches for timely payments of creditors, petty cash expenses, Other expenses etc. • Maintaining and accounting of FD’s with banks and Fixed Asset Register on regularly. • Regularizing the accounting of Import DO, receipts etc. • Responsible for Purchase Invoicing, Admin Expenses, Interbranch JV’s, Loan Expenses JV’s etc. on regular basis.
