As a Project Manager at Synechron, I lead and deliver complex technology projects for clients in the financial services industry, leveraging my MBA in IT Management and over 14 years of experience in the field. I have successfully implemented Projects with agile project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions that meet the client's requirements and expectations. Some of the projects I have managed include developing and deploying a cloud-based platform for a leading investment bank and enhancing the user experience and security features of a digital banking. In these projects, I have demonstrated my skills in project team management, project implementation, project management office (PMO), and stakeholder communication.
