Over 25 years of experience and specialties in Sales/Business Development, Client Management, Marketing Strategy, Creative Marketing of Innovative Quality Control NDT Test Systems and Vehicle Restraint Systems in Highway/Civil Engineering Industry. I am actively involved in Sales of Road Safety Systems like Traffic Impact Attenuators/Crash Cushions, Crash Tested Metal Beam as well as Wire Rope Safety Barriers, End Treatments for barriers and Retro- Reflectometer’s for Road Thermoplastic Paints & Road Signage’s in India in accordance with relative MASH/EN-1317/NCHRP-350, IRC, MORTH and ASTM specifications. Successful Techno-Commercial exposure in Civil Engineering (Infrastructure) Industry especially in Roads & Highways and Highway Contractors for transportation, Pavement engineering and Concrete NDT test systems in India in accordance with relative ASTM specifications. Expertise on the Road Sector especially on traffic & transportation and pavement engineering segment. Effective communicator, team leader, combined with a flexible & detail-oriented attitude with the ability to interact & negotiate effectively with clients. Currently working as a Dy. General Manager in Avantech Engineering Consortium Private Limited and am passionate about providing innovative and effective solutions for road safety challenges. In my current role, I work closely with customers to deliver high-quality products and services that cater the diverse needs and specifications of the road safety industry. Knowledge on the working with different statutory bodies of Road and Infrastructure construction in India like MoRTH, NHAI, IRC, IAHE, Safety Consultants, Road Concessionaire’s, etc.
