Locations that I hire for: India, Japan & Singapore Roles and responsibilities:* Hands on role meeting the org’s hiring needs within the timeline and budget * Driving the TA process and implement interventions and suggesting process improvements * Creating and sharing relevant dashboards and progress reports to track top of the funnel * Collaboration with key stakeholders, identify business needs within the BU and suggesting them the best practices.* Focused on Sourcing for SWE & SRE * Channels used to source: ICIMS, LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Custom Search engine * Utilising various sourcing techniques to attract and build talent pipeline * Working on ICIMS as an ATS to build and track candidate workflow * Creating solid relationships with stakeholders to ensure candidate experience.
