• During my career have been associated with some of the leading global and Indian banks in diverse capacities as Trade Marketer with SMBC and Axis Bank Middle Office Team Manager at HSBC Operation Centre Team Lead at YES Bank and officer (PO) with Corporation bank. (now merged with Union Bank of India) • Has been introduced to tech from beginning of career having overseen roll out of Core Banking Internet Banking Telebanking Debit and Credit cards which were nascent in the industry. • oversaw ISO standards implementation for the a branch of Corporation bank. • Spearheaded trade product revamp at YES Bank to chalk out the next phase of brisk growth in trade finance assets franchise. • strengthened the bank guarantees team took over vetting from legal team and more than doubled the processing output with reduced errors. • augmented operational efficiency at HSBC • implemented RBI initiative of eBRC in the bank. • transitioned from operational roles to front-end role in Axis Bank. • managed client accounts in trade product and cms sales role. • assisted to establish pan India trade finance franchisee at SMBC and increase trade revenue 5 fold in 4 years.
