Experienced Chemical Engineer | Project Management | Plant Operations | Soil Remediation | Process Optimization With over 12 years of experience in Project Management, Plant Operations, and Process Optimization. I am a Chemical Engineer (Mumbai University, 2010) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (Welingkar Institute of Management, 2017). My career began as a Research Associate at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT, formerly UDCT), Mumbai, where I contributed to a Soil Remediation Project, gaining hands-on experience in environmental sustainability and chemical processes. I later worked as a Plant Engineer in Lecithin production, managing operations and process optimization. In 2012, I joined AGAS Group, Bahrain, as a Project Engineer, focusing on soil remediation projects. Over the years, I have developed expertise in project execution, process improvement, and team leadership, leading to my current role as Deputy Plant Manager, focusing mainly on the Lube oil plant operations, maintenance, optimization and improvement. I am passionate about process efficiency, environmental sustainability, and continuous improvement in industrial operations.
