My professional experience varied in the government sector, banking, and project finance in Macedonia, Germany and Malta. I am a results-driven professional with a strong academic background in economics and financial management. Skilled in SME support, risk assessment, and strategic financial planning, with a proven ability to foster partnerships and drive sustainable economic growth. Currently serving as Underwriting Operations Manager – EU & DACH Region at Risk Analytics Limited, leading surety bond and guarantee underwriting, managing a team of underwriters, and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards. I served as a Visiting Fellow-Assistant in a Member of the German Bundestag's office, where I undertook research, managed office affairs, and analyzed finance commission topics. Prior to this, I made significant contributions as a freelance consultant, focusing on green economics and renewable energy. I also held several crucial roles at NLB Bank (part of NLB Slovenia Group), where I assessed credit risks, analyzed business models, and played a key role in credit decision-making processes. I further demonstrated my financial acumen as a Commercial Banking Officer, overseeing payment operations and cash management. I hold a Master's degree in Economics from the Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany, and a Master's degree in Financial Management from the Institute of Economy University Ss."Cyril and Methodius" of Skopje, Macedonia.
