I have over a decade of experience in sales and customer success, and I am passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. I am currently a Customer Success Manager at Splashtop, a leading remote access software provider that serves more than 30 million users worldwide, including 85% of Fortune 500 enterprises. In my role, I manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, for a portfolio of accounts in the EMEA region. I work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver value-added services, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I also provide feedback and insights to the product team to help improve the features and functionality of Splashtop's solutions. Additionally, I have developed and implemented best practices and processes for customer success, and trained and mentored new hires. I have strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM), client onboarding, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. My goal is to enable customers to achieve their remote work, support, learning, and collaboration needs with Splashtop's secure, fast, and affordable solutions.
