I am the Director of Customer Success & Services at Diligent, a global leader in data-driven governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions. With over 12 years of experience in the GRC field, I have a strong track record of delivering value to customers across various industries and sectors. I lead a team of customer adoption specialists who drive the adoption of Diligent's Data-Driven GRC Solutions that leverage the Diligent One and ACL Robotics platforms. Through an advisory engagement model, I coach, mentor, and oversee team members so that they become trusted advisors, keeping clients and Diligent on the same page through a value creation journey benefiting both sides. I am passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and overcome their challenges by providing them with innovative and effective solutions that integrate cybersecurity and software as a service (SaaS) capabilities. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, as evidenced by my credentials as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa)-CA(SA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). I strive to lead by example, inspire my team, and collaborate with my peers and stakeholders.
