About Viktor Eidemiller

With over 20 years of experience in retail and QSR industries, I am a seasoned leader who can drive growth, innovation, and efficiency in ready-to-eat (RTE) and fresh bakery categories. As the Director of RTE and Fresh Bakery at X5 Group, the largest food retailer in Russia, I oversaw the strategy, implementation and performance of the category in more than shops across the country. Before joining X5 Group, I was the Senior Vice President of Development and Supply Chain at McDonald's Russia, where I led two major functions: restaurant network physical development (real estate, construction, asset management) and supply chain management (purchasing and quality assurance) for all food, packaging, and other goods. I successfully increased the number of new restaurants and major reconstructions per year, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. I also have a strong background in international economic relations, having graduated from the Ukrainian Institute of International Relations. I am passionate about creating value for customers, partners, and stakeholders, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities.
