About Viktor Malmberg

I am an outgoing and positive person who, thanks to my broad work experience, is comfortable in communicating with people on many different levels. From helping end users with technical problems to selling, planning, and implementing technical solutions at server and network level. I have experience of working in the entire supply chain and understand how important each part is to deliver a good solution to my customers from the first call to a successful delivery and thereafter. Communication, clarity, expectations and achieving these are important to me and originate mainly from previous work environments with high demands on the ability to present ideas, instructions, and improvement measures in a clear and distinct way. In order to have a satisfied employer and customer, I constantly try to develop my communication skills, which I do, among other things, by working with and leading non-profit projects in my spare time. Thanks to my role as platoon commander in the Armed Forces, I have also developed good communication and leadership skills. I thrive in environments where I can develop and can continuously carry out improvement work. I strongly believe that personal development takes place in collaboration with the team that works on a customer or task and that it gives a good group feeling and results when all parts of the delivery feel heard. Flexibility and sensitivity are for me the key to being able to implement changes for the better. In my spare time, in addition to my involvement in the National Guards, I am non-profit involved in a couple of different organizers' associations whose main purpose is to plan and arrange events with the theme of military simulations for up to 200 participants at a time.
