About Viktor Petrov

My commitment to digitalization and automation of the legal department is demonstrated by successfully implementing and establishing legal tools such as iManage and Onit for document management, and Contract Express for contract automation. Through continuous education and certifications in project management, I am constantly advancing my skills and applying them daily in my work environment. I have worked on several projects, including a global project to implement an onboarding plan for the legal department. This project involved collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to create an efficient process and framework for integrating new, relevant ad-hoc changes. This included developing a comprehensive intranet presence and tools to support onboarding. I also contributed to the introduction of a global legal matter management tool targeted at legal employees, where I was primarily responsible for the training. I independently planned, designed, and structured the training program, ultimately training all employees. I train and support employees across the entire legal department on all legal applications, ensuring they are proficient in using the latest technologies and well-prepared for the future. My interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders to set up a legal intranet based on SharePoint, combined with my knowledge in hybrid project management, contributes to the continuous improvement of our department's efficiency.
