I have always been fascinated by people, what motivates them, how they connect, and what helps them succeed. That curiosity led me to earn a BA in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and it is what ultimately drew me into a career in Human Resources. After graduating with Honours and Distinction from the Human Resources Graduate Certificate program at Conestoga College, I knew I had found the right path. HR allows me to bring together my love for understanding people with my drive to create workplaces where employees feel supported, included, and empowered to do their best work. I am now pursuing my CHRP designation as the next step in my professional journey. Along the way, I have developed a people-first approach grounded in psychology, practical HR knowledge, and a genuine passion for fostering positive organizational cultures. For me, HR is not just about policies and processes, it is about people. When people thrive, organizations thrive.
