About Viktorya Mkrtchyan

I’m a lead software developer with a background in full-stack web applications and experience leading technical projects in a fast-paced environment. Over the past few years, I’ve been solving problems, building systems from scratch, and improving how technology supports business outcomes. Over time, I began shifting my attention to how those systems are protected and how organizations build trust through security and privacy. That shift led me to cybersecurity, where I focus on helping organizations improve how they handle risk and compliance. My background gives me a practical understanding of how things break and where controls often fail. I’m interested in the impact of policies, internal practices, and governance, and how those shape both the culture and resilience of a business. I currently work full-time while building my expertise in security and compliance. My goal is to support organizations that want to strengthen their privacy posture and security foundations, especially in environments where pressure, complexity, or change make those things easy to overlook. Outside of work, I stay focused through personal projects, training, and discipline in everything I commit to. I’m always open to connecting with others who share an interest in technology, security, or thoughtful work.
