About Vikum Warnakula

I am a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with over 7 years of experience focused on building reliable, scalable, and high-performing software systems. My work centers on embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle rather than treating it as a final checkpoint.I design and maintain robust automation frameworks, strengthen CI/CD quality gates, and proactively identify risks before they impact users. With hands-on experience across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and performance engineering, I ensure products are resilient, observable, and production-ready.I am particularly interested in advancing quality practices through AI and experimentation. I actively evaluate emerging tools, implement AI-assisted workflows, and explore intelligent approaches to failure analysis, coverage optimization, and productivity improvement. Continuous learning and innovation are key parts of how I approach quality engineering. My technical expertise includes Playwright, WebdriverIO, PHPUnit, Behat, K6, JMeter, modern observability stacks, API validation, and SQL and NoSQL systems. I collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders in Agile environments to deliver releases that meet high standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. My goal is to engineer quality as a core foundation of software development, enabling teams to move fast with confidence.
