About Vili Mikkonen

As a Site Engineer at NCC since January 2021, I have been involved in New building projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area, managing mainly risks and costs as well as partly schedules and quality. I have also supervised contractors and performed concrete construction and pre-cast installation supervision tasks. I hold Occupational Safety certificate, as well as a Roadworks Safety certificate 1. I have over six years of experience in the construction industry, having worked as a Site Supervisor / Site Engineer at Torppari Yhtiöt Oy from 2018 to 2021. There, I led and coordinated several construction sites, including the Länsimetro 2 RU27 and the Leppäkorvenkoulu -projects. I also conducted contract calculations and completed Bachelor's Thesis on pre-cast installations in tunnel conditions. My mission is to develop myself and the construction industry towards a better future. I am passionate about construction site cost control, concrete construction and occupational safety. I have strong knowledge and skills in cost management, construction site planning and conrete construction. I am always ready for new opportunities and challenges.
