I am a professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting services field, especially with clients from foreign jurisdictions, as well as internal process management and automation. I have successfully created and led a team of 10 professionals and have been trusted by the company’s and group’s management to be involved in multiple day-to-day managerial activities of the company. In team management, I prioritize finding team members with and then promoting their motivation to always seek for more, to be proactive in daily work and to willingly express opinion and suggestions for common team’s improvement. In servicing clients, I focus on maintaining high professional standards of work quality, ethics and compliance while constantly looking for improvements in meeting the client’s demands, creating more efficient internal processes and procedures, and finding new business opportunities. In problem solving, I utilize my analytical thinking and ability to effectively structurize and break complex issues into simpler elements while focusing to the result, finding new work methods, and rearranging current processes when necessary.
