About Ville Halonen

A software industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, ranging from developing to managing complex projects, products and services. I'm well versed in service management using industry practices such as ITIL and its processes. Currently I'm focused in business development for our lifecycle services clients, my priorities being in providing the best possible solutions to our customers, and delivering better business performance in the function. I also like being a mentor and coaching people wanting to learn more about my areas of expertise. I have extensive knowledge about food industry specifically, especially relating to manufacturing execution systems and slightly less about enterprise resource planning in the industry. Tech-wise I'm most familiar with Microsoft's stack, but ask me about anything IT related and I'll probably know something relevant about it.
