Working with top level executives allows me to look at the bigger picture, embrace change, and spearhead events and projects that improve customer and employee experience, promote well-being, increase engagement and create an atmosphere of fun and pride. As a leader, I love supporting people find their place and their 'why' and take them on a journey where they can also morphed into a better version of themselves. I also love creating meaningful connections and I thrive in an environment where goals are shared and met through partnership. I perform well under pressure and meet tight time requirements, always with a smile on my face and calm and graceful demeanour. Mostly, the style of leadership I use is one that is inclusive and strategic. I share and communicate the purpose to inspire my team to join me in the journey.
