Currently, I consult the engineering office for a major capital investment project at IFF, where I’m responsible for coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, vendors, and timelines to deliver technical excellence on budget. My work spans sanitary process design, GMP-compliant operations, and innovation in membrane-based separations—contributing directly to product safety, yield optimization, and regulatory readiness. Some noteworthy achievements include: • Developed and implemented a project prioritization framework across 12 Valio Oy production sites. • Directed daily operations aligned with KPIs, managing team performance and driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodology. • Led development of a novel membrane separation process to remove unwanted microbes from a high value side stream, improving product quality and reducing waste. • Championing the companywide development of a membrane process from lab scale to full-scale operations I hold a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, and I’m currently expanding my business leadership toolkit through Post-graduate studies in Business and Economics.
