Worked with 50+ executive leaders in last 365 days and counting :) I help leaders develop a simple, yet effective system to set goals for their teams. The last leadership team I worked with in 2023, their weekly goals completion rate for a period of 6 weeks stood at 70%(Benchmark -78% is considered excellent for individuals, imagine 70% as the team average :) What made me work on this->(MY PAST) Started my professional journey as a social entrepreneur - working with farmers across Tamilnadu - Established a supply chain of kgs of organic produce every month - Worked for 5 years as a development sector professional, trained young students on public problem solving- facilitated more than hours of sessions - The young students have collectively solved public problems. In this collective 7 years of work have managed close to 20+ individuals as a leader. It would be a lie if I said the journey was a fun ride. It has its own set of ups and downs. Every time I was struck as a leader what helped me to bounce back was my inner game techniques around goal setting, being productive, time management, etc. It took me a lot of trial and error to figure that out, colab.x has been a great help there. What would I like to do going forward? That is what led me to what I am doing now, I am on a mission to make the leadership journey enjoyable for people In the next 1 year I aim to go 2X and work with at least 100 leaders.
