JOB SPECIFICATION (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) • 10.5+ Years of experience in Testing and product Validation Product development, Mobile Handset, VAS application testing, Vendor/Stakeholder Coordination & management. • Currently working in L&T Technology services, Bangalore as Team Lead since January 2018 till present (Working at Intel Client location) • Currently working on Validation of different vendor NIC cards (BT) with different platform (Android based Chromebooks/Linux/Windows platforms) and OS. • Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. • Proven skills in vendor coordination & stake holder management • Leading the team to plan, construct & execute release tests and responsible for test planning, delivery, reporting • Developing Test Strategies, Test Estimations, Test Plans, Test Cases/Scenarios, analysing test Results, Test documentation, risk management. • Coach and advised team mates as required. • Software test life cycle with hands-on experience on Test requirement gathering, Test case development, Test Execution, Test reporting • Knowledge on BT profile like A2DP, HFP, OPP, BREDR and LE. • Having Good Knowledge on Hardware Tools: Ellisys Bluetooth Analyzer, JIRA, WinSCP, Btmon and QC. • Root causing and verifying the defect fixes with Black box testing, regression testing, functional testing, adhoc testing, exploratory testing, Ux testing. • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. • Proven skills in executing acceptance tests against release candidate software, in accordance with the test plan. • Periodically review specifications and test plans, identifying gaps in coverage and supplementing with new test cases. • Experience creating & executing test plans, filing bugs and working with engineering teams to resolve issues and verify fixes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience setting up and managing Linux OS, Windows & Mac platforms. • Experience with bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle. • Having almost 2 yrs. experience as Assistant Manager in ZIOX mobiles in Product Department located in New Delhi, Head Office • Past 2 yrs. experience as Testing Engineer in Zen mobiles in Product Department located in Saket, Head Office • Past 2.5 yrs. experience as Software engineer in MediaTek Inc, Noida • Good exposure in Mobile Customization & Vendor coordination as per market requirements. • Worked with VAS vendors for application integration in the devices & software upgrade via OTA.
