As a TBM Batching Plant Controller at L&T CMRL TU02, I oversee the plant operations and maintenance for the Chennai Metro project, one of the largest and most complex urban infrastructure initiatives in India. I have been in this role for over a year, and I have more than seven years of experience in the concrete batching industry. I have a diploma of education in DHE and a certificate in from OSH Technology Pvt Ltd Singapore, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to ensure safety, quality, and compliance in the batching process. I have also developed strong competencies in operations management, employee relations, and sourcing, as I work with various clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. I am passionate about delivering high-quality concrete products and services, enabling the construction of sustainable and innovative infrastructure projects, and collaborating with my team and partners. I am looking for new opportunities to leverage my expertise and contribute to the success of challenging and impactful urban development initiatives.
