About Vimbi Marawa

Almost 7 years ago, I stepped into Healthcare with a voraciousness to learn and master it all. A few years in, I learned I was frustrated with the archaic healthcare system and wanted to do something about it. Today, I have begun my journey to innovate Canada's healthcare by bridging the digital gap in the industry. As an e-health enthusiast and problem-solver, I have the innate ability to work in challenging scenarios and effectively communicate with a diverse population of staff and patients/clients. I'm proficient in streamlining and innovating ways to drive company-wide improvements. I bring extensive experience managing cross-functional teams both remote and in-office. Simultaneously, I have worked closely with and influenced VPs, Founders, and Directors. I strongly believe a leader is as good as the team hence, I pride myself in having an open door policy and creating valuable relationships with each team member.
