With over 20 years of experience in compliance, security, risk, and safety management, I specialize in developing and executing strategies that align regulatory, operational, and technological priorities. I bring a proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical, cost-effective solutions that strengthen organizational resilience and performance. I have extensive experience working in highly regulated environments, where I have led the design, implementation, and assessment of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs. My work has involved deep engagement with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) control frameworks—particularly NIST 800—as well as Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) security controls and assessments. I also have broad experience facilitating complex security and contractual audits to ensure conformance with both client and industry standards. My background includes partnering with global teams to meet data privacy and cybersecurity requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, and various security regulations, including the New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulation (23 NYCRR 500). In parallel, I’ve led health and safety initiatives that promote strong safety cultures, enhance awareness, and ensure compliance with both internal and external requirements across high-risk operational environments.
