The Daily routine Involves - 1.Serve as a Scrum Master for Multiple agile teams, leading them to achieve their goals, identifying and removing impediments blocking the team’s progress. 2.Prepare and facilitate agile team events, ensuring effective flow, continuous improvement, and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives. 3.Guide and coach the team in agile methods, practices, and principles to deliver high-quality products and services. 4.Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication within and across teams, and assisting in the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery. Ensure team adherence to agile metrics, using data to drive decision-making. 6.Support and collaborate with the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner.
