About Vinayak Bhadani

I’m a Supply Chain Professional with an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (CISCP & CISCM certified, APICS CPIM – in progress), passionate about solving real-world operational problems through data and process innovation. What motivates me most is transforming complex, fragmented supply chains into efficient, agile and cost-optimized ecosystems. Over the last 2+ years, including 2 years as a Supply Chain Analyst, I’ve helped organizations in the FMCG and Vape industry improve planning accuracy, reduce logistics costs and strengthen demand–supply alignment across China and MENA markets. Some of the results I’m proud of: Increased order fulfilment from 50% to 80% by redesigning S & OP processes across 18 duty-free markets Secured a 30% reduction in air freight costs through strategic 3PL negotiations and freight optimization Managed over units/month while ensuring full GCC customs compliance and on-time delivery I thrive on applying data-backed insights, Power BI dashboards and automation tools to improve decision-making, drive cost efficiency and build resilient supply chains that scale with business growth.
