Dear Visitor, Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. What I do: I help my clients to lay down the roadmap or to expedite their digital transformation journey. Some of the key activities I focus on - To assess the current landscape and business objectives - To build a roadmap for implementation w.r.t given budgetary and timeline constraints- Identifying the scope for digitalization and automation, use case for AI-driven automation, and conducting a feasibility study- Devising a data architecture for data ingestion, transformation, and visualization to leverage data-driven decision-making effectively About me: I've always been a problem solver at the core. Over the past 12 years, my journey has intertwined with diverse businesses – from Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, BFSI, and more – guiding them through their digital transformation. In my prior role, I was an integral part of Sankey Solutions, serving as the 'Head of Solutions' for the APAC region and contributing as a leadership team member. My role involved understanding clients' needs, crafting effective solution architectures, assembling cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless project deliveries. My focus centred around Data Warehousing, Analytics & Business Intelligence, and Enterprise solutions. Being a part of the leadership team, I also played a key role in strategic development, operational scaling, and business expansion. Preceding my time at Sankey, I co-founded CADSOL in 2014. During this period, I collaborated extensively with Engineering, QA, Production, Procurement, and Sales divisions, automating product design and engineering workflows. My primary responsibilities encompassed analyzing business processes, leveraging domain expertise to devise tailored software solutions using CAD/CAM/CAE, and seamlessly integrating them with clients' existing CRM, ERP & PLM systems. My inquisitive nature extends to a variety of subjects, including philosophy, psychology, physics, economics, climate change, and more. Away from work, you'll often find me engrossed in a book, on a run, or planning my next trek.
