Background

About Vinayak Vinod

As a Business Analyst at Optus, I evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and discover data insights. I conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. I also document and communicate the results of my efforts, and provide leadership and guidance to junior staff. I have a Master's degree in Business Information Systems from Monash University, where I learned how to define business requirements, design solutions and features, and analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions. I have hands-on experience with digital and software projects that employ Agile techniques and methodologies, ensuring delivery of product roadmaps that underpin strategic plans. I am proficient in understanding Data Flow and comfortable working in environments where systems and processes are not fully developed yet. I am passionate about enhancing the development team's overall capacity and the company's procedures, systems, and operations. My goal is to solve business problems by decomposing them into manageable and structured components, and satisfying user needs.
