Vince is an Professional who has worked in the Industrial Oil & Gas Industry for the past 13 years in Project and Construction Management positions of increasing complexity and responsibility. Vince has worked in the field, the office and the boardroom to execute projects on behalf of the Client and the Design Firms in Oil Sands and conventional Oil and Gas. Vince believes that hard work, accountability, continuous learning, respect, empathy and fun are critical components to a successful work environment. Vince’s management style is to view the entire team as a unit but see individual members for their unique talents and strengths. One of his keys to timely execution is working with the group’s personalities; encouraging a greater degree of collaboration and personal growth. A life-long learner, eternal optimist and tech enthusiast, Vince prefers a casual yet cerebral approach to execution. Vince recently completed the final stages of Commissioning and Startup at the Fort Hills Oilsands Mine for First Oil which will mark the culmination of a role that has spanned over 10 years including positions in Project Management, Construction Field Management, Turnover, Completions and C & SU. Vince holds a Bachelors of Applied Science in Engineering Physics, Mechanical Option as well as Minor in Commerce from the University of British Columbia
